MY ACCOUNT SAYS I NEED TO VERIFY BUT I'VE ALREADY VERIFIED ONE ACCOUNT, WHAT DO I DO?

You can only verify one account, if you have already verified an account you cannot verify another.

HOW MANY ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN FLAGGED SO FAR?

At the time of this announcement, 30,000 accounts have been flagged and will be blocked from matchmaking. These accounts will face restrictions until they can be verified or reviewed.

WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNT DUE TO AGE OR COUNTRY RESTRICTIONS?

If you are flagged as a multi-account user but cannot verify your identity, we encourage you to contact our Customer Support team. They will manually review your account, verify its legitimacy, and ensure that you can continue using the platform without obstacles.
