Navigating FACEIT

With the latest update, FACEIT will now run faster and more smoothly while keeping all the features that you need easily accessible.

With the new UI, on all pages you will be able to see the side panels with these buttons, giving you more screen room for things that matter most.

Party Finder (NEW)

The Party Finder is a new feature that allows for everyone to find a group to play with. Pick your preferred ranks, countries and verification status among a host of other options and find a party that’s right for you. You can find a full guide to the party finder here

Clubs (NEW)

Here you can view your Clubs and even join new ones easily from the side bar. For a full guide on Clubs please check out this article

Search

Rather than having to load a new page to view your search results, doing a search will now open a popover window, so you can see the full results of your search right away, and once you are done, go right back to the previous page you were viewing by closing the search window in the top right.

Play

Dynamic visibility - showing you what you want to see when you want to see it - Hovering over the ‘Play’ button will display your upcoming tournaments and current ladders that you are participating in.

Clicking on the play button will take you to the main ‘Play’ page, which will display matchmaking by default. In the top left corner of the page you will see which game you have selected. 

You can change the game at any time by clicking on the icon in the top left corner. This will open a dropdown showing you all your connected games as well as any other games that we have available.

At the top of the page you will find buttons to navigate between the different options to play the game. As shown below for CS2 this would be Matchmaking, Leagues, Tournaments and Scrims.

When you are queuing up for a match you will be able to see your queue status at all times on the site in the bottom right corner. This will be blue when searching for a match, and turn orange when you have found a match and need to accept (you will also receive a popup notification)

You can also see if your Anti Cheat is enabled in the top-right corner of this page, as well as having a button to view your upcoming and past matches.

Clicking on the calendar icon will open a popover window showing your ongoing, upcoming and past matches.

Rankings

This will take you to the page where you can see you rankings in your region and the world, as well as any ladders that you are participating in.

FACEIT Watch is our premier esports viewing platform, offering you unique features to enhance and customize your viewing experience. You can find our Watch guide here

Rewards

View your missions page to check your progress and claim any new rewards!

Shop

Opens up the FACEIT shop. Here you can spend your FACEIT points on in-game and physical items, as well as wallet codes for platforms such as Steam and Riot! You can also purchase certain cosmetic items with Cash as well as with FACEIT Points, such as nickname changes and profile cards.

Subscription

This is where you can upgrade your account with a subscription! A premium subscription will give you access to features such as Super Matches, pre-queue map selection, missions and much more!

If you already have an active subscription you won’t see this button.

Profile Image

Clicking your profile image in the top-right will open up a popup allowing you to navigate to your profile as well as giving you access to other parts of the site

FACEIT Points and Shop

Here you can see how many FACEIT points you have, and also easily get to the FACEIT shop in order to spend them by clicking on ‘Shop’

View Profile

This button will take you to your FACEIT profile page.

Account settings

Opens up your account settings page, where you can update any information or settings on your account.

Drops & prizes

This will take you to your prizes page where you can see any FACEIT drops that you have received from watching streams as well as tournament prizes.

Orders

Going to your orders page will show you any current and past orders that you have made from the FACEIT shop.

Highlights studio

Edit, manage and upload your highlights from your FACEIT matches.

Please note that this feature is only available to players with a Premium subscription and that the FACEIT Client is required in order to capture and edit highlights.

Subscriptions

This will take your to your subscriptions page, where you can manage active subscriptions.

FACEIT Verified

Here you can check your verification status, and go through the verification process if you haven’t already.

Organizers

If you own any organizers, which are used to set up tournaments and Clubs, you can view and manage them from this page.

Teams

View your active teams or create a new team.

Support

If you are having any issues or need some help, this button will take you to our support site where you can see all of our help articles and contact us if you still need assistance.

Logout

This button will log you out of your account. You can sign back in again from the FACEIT home page 

Notifications

Opening your notification now displays a popup over the top of the page you were viewing, so it will not interfere with that page in any way.

Friends

Clicking this button will open up your friends list. From here you can view your friends, go to their profiles, send them a message or invite them to a party.

Parties have received a big update including introducing FACEIT Voice and the new Party Finder to more easily find players to play with. We have full guides available for Parties and for using the Party Finder
