New Streamlined Smurf Reporting Process

Important Changes

We're excited to announce a simplified reporting system to complement our newly released Anti-Cheat smurfing detection features. Starting November 26, 2024, we're introducing a more efficient way to report suspected smurf accounts.

What's New?

You can now report suspected smurf accounts directly from their profile by clicking the three dots menu - no more lengthy ticket forms! We have reduced the steps in the process to make it easier than ever before to make a report. This streamlined process is enhanced by our new detection system, with reports from Premium users receiving priority in investigations. You can find a guide on how to do this here.

From November 26, 2024, we will no longer accept smurf reports through ticket submissions. However, Premium users will retain the option to submit reports via tickets until January 1, 2025, after which this method will also be discontinued.

Why These Changes?

Our data shows that the vast majority of players are already using profile-based reporting.
Switching to profile-based reporting allows us to streamline data collection, enabling us to pinpoint smurf accounts more efficiently, helping us detect and act on smurf accounts more quickly than ever before.

This new process aligns perfectly with our automated Anti-Cheat detection system, designed to increase the number of smurfs detected and banned from our platform.

Notification System

When a smurf is banned, you'll receive a notification confirming any account bans and detailing any Elo adjustments that may have been applied to your account.
