Cheating bans will not be lifted if any prohibited software, such as a cheat or game exploit, has been running on your PC. You can find a list of what is prohibited here. The following are not valid reasons for a ban to be removed:
- Use of prohibited software in another game
- Use of prohibited software prior to playing on FACEIT without disabling them or restarting your PC
- Prohibited software being installed or used by someone else on the PC that you played on
- Playing on hardware that has previously received a ban from us.
Upholding these bans is necessary to maintain the competitive integrity of the platform and ensure that no one gains an unfair advantage.
If you believe that no prohibited software has been running on your PC but you have still received a ban, you can create a support ticket for our team to review your case. Please remember that bans may also be applied for other reasons, such as account-sharing, toxicity, or more.
