Use of the Anti-cheat is required to uphold competitive integrity on the platform and keep matches fair. You will not be able to participate in any Counter-Strike matches requiring the use of the Anti-cheat without having it running.
If you try to participate in any Counter-Strike matches requiring the Anti-cheat without it running, you will either not be able to connect to the match, or will be prevented from queuing altogether. In order to be able to queue or connect, you must turn the Anti-cheat back on
