Account Reactivation Requirements
Your account must fulfill specific database criteria before you can reactivate a deactivated FACEIT profile:
Account Status: The profile must be deactivated, not deleted. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Deactivation Interval: The account must remain deactivated for a minimum of 6 consecutive months.
Active Profile Limits: You must not possess any other active account on the platform.
Queue Inactivity: You must not have played a match on any FACEIT account during the past 6 months.
Accounts that fulfill all four criteria are eligible for reactivation.
How to Reactivate Your Account
To request account reactivation, submit a support ticket under the category Account & game management > My Account > Reactivate my account.
The ticket must be sent from the email address registered to the account you want to reactivate. You must provide your full name and date of birth in the ticket fields to verify account ownership before manual profile updates can execute.
