Can I reactivate my account?

There are a few requirements that you must meet before you can reactivate a FACEIT account:

  • The account that you want to recover is deactivated, not deleted. Deletion is a permanent process so any deleted account cannot be recovered.
  • The account has been deactivated for at least 6 months
  • You do not have another active account
  • You have not played on any FACEIT account in the past 6 months

If you meet all of these criteria then your account should be recoverable.

How do I reactivate my account?

To request to reactivate an account you will need to make a ticket under the contact reason ‘Account & game management > My Account > Reactivate my account’ from the email that is on the account that you want to reactivate. 

You will need to provide your full name and date of birth so that we can confirm that you are the account owner before reactivating the account.
