Game Mode Selection

These game modes work as presets for deciding the required team composition for matches.

Available modes: 5v5, 3v3, 2v2, 1v1.

System decision: If a team does not veto

  • Options
    • Auto-vote: The system automatically vetoes a random pick/ban for the team.
    • Hold: The match is paused for an admin to intervene manually.
  • Default: Hold.

System decision: No Show

  • Options:
    • Hold: The match is paused for an admin to intervene manually.
    • Auto-win: Win automatically assigned to the team with fewer no-shows on the server after the warmup timer runs out.
  • Default: Hold.

Voting Configuration

  • Voting time: For team captains to pick each map and server. Available: From 30 seconds to 8 minutes.
  • Games to play/win: Default: Bo1 (Best-of-3). Available options: Bo1, Bo3, Bo5, Bo7.
  • Server selection: Determined at the start of voting, with the highest-seeded team deciding first.

Map Veto Process

There are five map categories available, each featuring its own map pool:

    • Numbani
    • Paraiso
  • Push maps:
    • Colosseo
    • Esperança
    • New Queen Street
    • Runasapi

For each game, depending on the Best-of-X series, the veto processes as follows:

  1. A-B-A-B for ALL map bans until there is one map left,

  2. The last map is picked and played,
  3. The opponent team then selects the starting side on the map.

Game veto, an example of 3 maps:

  1. Team A bans a map.
  2. Team B picks the map.
  3. Team A picks the starting side.

Game veto, an example of 5 maps:

  1. Team A bans a map.
  2. Team B bans a map.
  3. Team A bans a map.
  4. Team B bans a map.
  5. Team A bans a map.
  6. Team B picks the map.
  7. Team A picks the starting side.

Server Veto process

This process can be enabled or disabled to have one server location used.

The step-by-step pick-ban server veto is defined once for the entire series.

Gameplay Options

  • Time to connect: 300 seconds (Min: 30, Max: 600).
  • Server location: USA - Central (configurable).
  • Leaver timeout: 600 seconds (Min: 60, Max: 600).
  • Pause on disconnect: Automatically pauses the match if a player disconnects.
    • Resume delay: 120 seconds (Min: 0, Max: 7200).
  • Minimum latency: 0 ms (Min: 0, Max: 150).
  • Heroes: Configurable hero pool (set by the organizer).

Additional Features

  • Votable server locations: Enabled.
  • Artificial latency: Optional for maintaining fairness across regions.

Substitution phase

Team captains can adjust lineups during the substitution phase, which begins after the veto and after each map.
