What is a Super Match?

Super Match is a personalized competitive matchmaking feature available for subscribers. It allows you to enable specific matchmaking rules to create balanced, competitive games by controlling factors such as party size, Elo differences, and player experience. You may experience slightly longer queue times when using Super Match, but the result is a more competitive and customized experience.

What is a Premium Super Match?

Premium Super Match builds upon Super Match, offering additional perks such as "High Stakes" matchmaking and subscriber only matching.

Super Match and Premium Super Match Features

Below are the features and controls available for both Super Match and Premium Super Match:

1. Party Size Limit
   • Matchmaking allows parties of up to 3 players, limiting the likelihood of facing large coordinated teams, making matches more balanced.
2. Elo Difference Limit
   • Parties cannot exceed a 400 Elo difference.
   • Note that matches with Level 1 or Level 10 players may occasionally exceed 400 Elo distance in the match. 
   • Additionally, parties with a player above 2800 Elo can exceed the 400 Elo Party difference but will incur Elo penalties the further they exceed the 400 Elo Limit.
3. Veteran Matching
   • Matches are created based on the number of ranked matches played by players. For both Super Match and Premium Super Match, the system will consider the player in your party with the lowest number of matches to ensure balance. 4. Vote Kick Disruptive Players
   • If a player is disruptive during a match, you can initiate a vote to kick them to maintain a positive gaming experience.

Super Match (Unique Features)

• Premium Flex Matching / Premium Matching
  • We prioritize matching you with other subscribers to provide a more premium experience. If there are not enough subscribers available, eligible free players who meet the match requirements may be included.

Premium Super Match (Unique Features)

1. Available in EU and NA Regions Only
   • Currently, Premium Super Match is only available in the EU and NA regions.
2. Premium-Only Matching
   • Premium Super Match ensures that you will only be matched with other subscribers for an even more competitive environment.
3. 30 Ranked Matches Required
   • To access Premium Super Match, you must have played at least 30 ranked matches.
4. High Stakes Matches
   • Premium Super Matches are designed to be the most competitive games, with the stakes higher than usual. You can gain or lose 20% more Elo in every match.

Who can access Super Match and Premium Super Match?

• Super Match is available to all subscribers across all regions. Non-subscribers can also be matched into Super Matches if they match the criteria, but cannot queue exclusively for them.
• Premium Super Match is available exclusively to subscribers in NA and EU who have completed at least 30 ranked matches.

How do I enable or disable Super Match / Premium Super Match?

To enable or disable Super Match or Premium Super Match, go to the Matchmaking Play page and select the desired match type within the Match Type tab. This allows you to easily adjust your preferences.

Will enabling Super Match or Premium Super Match affect my queue times?

Most likely yes, enabling Super Match or Premium Super Match may increase your queue times. This is because the matchmaking system takes additional time to find opponents that meet the strict requirements of Super Match or Premium Super Match. However, the slight delay is balanced by the improved quality and competitiveness of the matches.
