Anti Cheat Smurf Detection FAQ

How does the AC detect smurfs?

While we cannot reveal the specific methods used, the Anti-Cheat detects multi accounts by analyzing a combination of account information and player behaviour patterns.

What happens to the detected accounts?

When accounts are detected by the Anti-Cheat system, they are required to complete a verification process within 48 hours. If an account fails to verify within this timeframe, it will be banned or fully blocked until verification is completed. Main accounts that are verified may receive a short-term ban as a penalty. However, any accounts identified as smurf accounts will be permanently banned to maintain fair play and integrity within the game..

What can I do if my account was detected?

You will have to verify your account! Once this is done you can continue to play as normal.

What can I do if I was wrongfully flagged?

If you believe you have been wrongfully flagged by our anti-cheat multi-account detection system, which is highly accurate, please reach out to our support team. We will reassess your account to ensure there hasn't been a mistake. If the detection is found not to be a mistake, you will need to verify your account. Once verification is complete, you can continue playing without interruption.

What if I am not able to verify within the given time period?

After 48 hours your account will be banned. If you are having issues with the verification process please contact our customer support team and we can look into this with you.
