If an account fails to verify within this timeframe, it will be banned or fully blocked until verification is completed. Main accounts that are verified may receive a short-term ban as a penalty. What can I do if my account was detected?
You will have to verify your account! Once this is done you can continue to play as normal.

If you believe you have been wrongfully flagged by our anti-cheat multi-account detection system, which is highly accurate, please reach out to our support team. We will reassess your account to ensure there hasn't been a mistake. If the detection is found not to be a mistake, you will need to verify your account. Once verification is complete, you can continue playing without interruption.
