If the Anti-cheat closes indicating Fatal error, please read the following solutions:

Fatal error 23

Updating your BIOS should fix this issue.

Fatal error 78 & 79

This is likely caused by malfunctioning hardware in your PC. Please test your RAM with memtest86+ and your CPU with Prime95.

Fatal error 95

Please uninstall Secret Folder if you have it installed and restart your PC in order to fix this issue.

Fatal error 99

This is usually the result of file or disk corruption. Please make sure to verify the game files and your disk.

Fatal error 100

This is likely happening due to an issue with the FACEIT Client Highlights or Medal failing to record the game. You can try to disable the FACEIT Client Highlights if they are enabled:

• Open the Highlight Settings in the FACEIT Client
• Untick "Enable highlight capture"
• Restart the FACEIT Client

Fatal error 115

Your PC is most likely infected by a rootkit. Make sure to scan your PC with anti-rootkit software such as Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit.

Fatal error 122

This is usually the result of file or disk corruption. It may be caused by failing hardware or drivers that are interfering with the Anti-cheat.

Fatal error 126

This indicates that a critical component of Windows is missing or corrupted. Please try to repair Windows. If this does not work, you will need to re-install Windows.
