Incompatible driver detected

To ensure a fair gaming environment, our anti-cheat utilizes a security feature called DMA Remapping to prevent hardware-based cheating.

Certain manufacturer-specific drivers conflict with this feature. If you are using any of the drivers listed below, you must replace them with the standard Microsoft version or update them to continue playing.

MediaTek Wi-Fi Drivers

Older versions of the driver for MediaTek RZ616 Wi-Fi 6E 160MHz are incompatible with DMA remapping. If you receive an error when launching the anti-cheat, you must update this driver to the latest version.

Method A: Windows Optional Updates (Recommended)

  • Windows 11: Go to Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options > Optional updates.

  • Windows 10: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > View optional updates.

Method B: Manual Catalog Update

If the driver does not appear in Windows Update, you can download it from the Microsoft Update Catalog.

Step 1: Get Your Hardware ID

  1. Open Device Manager and expand Network adapters.

  2. Right-click your MediaTek Wi-Fi 6E adapter and select Properties.

  3. Click the Details tab.

  4. In the "Property" dropdown, select Hardware Ids.

  5. Right-click the top value in the list and select Copy.

    • It will look like: PCI\VEN_14C3&DEV_7961&SUBSYS_380211AD&REV_00

Step 2: Search & Download

  1. Go to the Microsoft Update Catalog.

  2. Paste the Hardware ID into the search box.

  3. Important: Delete the end of the text starting with &REV_. The search will fail if you leave this part in.

    • Change: ...&SUBSYS_380211AD&REV_00

    • To: ...&SUBSYS_380211AD

  4. Click Search. You should now see the exact driver for your device.

  5. Download the one with the latest date or highest version number.

Step 3: Extract and Install

  1. Extract: Open the downloaded .cab file. Drag and drop all files inside to a new folder on your Desktop (e.g., named WiFi Driver).

  2. Install: Open your WiFi Driver folder. Right-click the file named mtkwl6ex(type: "Setup Information") and select Install.

  3. Restart: Restart your computer to finish.
