How can I get a token?
You can purchase Access Tokens in the Shop either by spending FACEIT Points or paying with your preferred payment method. Tokens are available to buy in packs of 3, 5 or 10 tokens at once. You can find Access Tokens in Shop by going to Profile - Services.
How can I redeem tokens for the League Stand-in?
Redeeming 3 tokens grants you entry into a single official match during an ongoing ESEA or FACEIT League Season. You can choose to redeem tokens for yourself or for any member of your League roster who does not currently have a required subscription to play by clicking on the League Pass Requirement of the selected member:
This will open a modal where you can either purchase the subscription or redeem tokens for League Stand-in:
Selecting the League Stand-in option will allow you to spend your tokens to get access to an individual League match:
Once you decide to spend your tokens on the League Stand-in, you will receive a notification confirming your purchase, and you will now be eligible to participate in a league match. The number of available matches will also be highlighted to you and your teammates directly on the Season Page:
Please note that tokens are only considered "permanently used" once the match has been officially completed. After the match ends, you will be removed from future matches unless you redeem additional tokens or purchase the required subscription.
If the League Season ends and you have not played a match, or if the player for whom the tokens were redeemed leaves the roster before playing a match, the tokens will be returned to your balance.
