‘Your login details are incorrect’ - If you see this message when logging in then you have likely forgotten your login details.

You can reset your password using this link: https://www.faceit.com/en/reset-password
First, enter the email address on your FACEIT account and then click on ‘SEND RESET LINK’:
Once this is done, you should receive an email to continue the recovery process. If you do not receive any email, please skip to the ‘If you have forgotten your email…’ section.
In the email that you receive, there will be a link to reset your password. Click on it to take you to this page, where you will need to enter your new password twice and hit ‘SUBMIT’. Your password will then be updated!

You will need to contact us using the link below using the contact reason ‘Account and Game Management > My account > Change my email’ to add a new email address to your account.
We will require the following information:
- Faceit account name
- Current Email address (If remembered)
- New email address
- First name and last name on the account
- Date of birth
- Steam ID 64 (begins with 76)
Once you have received a reply back confirming that your email has been changed, you may need to reset your password before logging in, which you can do by following the process above with the title ‘If you have forgotten your password…’.
