How does map selection work?
The main purpose of this feature is to allow players to deselect maps they wish never to play on. You will never get matched on maps that you deselected before the queue, as they will not appear in your pool of maps to vote on before the match. If this happens, please contact our community support team.
How MANY MAPS DO I NEED TO SELECT?
This will vary from game to game, for CS2 you must have 5 maps selected, for Overwatch 2 you must have at least 7 maps selected in order to queue.
HOW DO I SELECT MY PREFERRED MAPS?
On the play page, select 'Maps' to the right of your party.
You will then be able to see a list of the available maps. All maps will be enabled by default, you can de-select maps by clicking on them.
