Ladder Payouts: What to Expect After Ladders End

After participating in Ladders, winners will receive their rewards based on their final position. This guide explains the process of receiving FACEIT Points (FP) and in-game skin prizes.

1. Automatic Delivery of FACEIT Points (FP):

  • When: 24 hours after the ladder has ended.
  • How: FP will be sent directly to your account automatically.
  • No Action Needed: You don’t need to do anything to claim your FP. They will appear in your balance once the points are sent.

2. Skin Prize Delivery:

  • Notification: If you win a skin prize, you will receive a notification about a new order in your “My Orders” tab 24 hours after the ladder ends.
  • Next Steps:
    1. Open a Ticket: To claim your skin prize, you must open a support ticket. You will be prompted to do this when you check the “My Orders” tab.
    2. Submit Your Trade Link: In the support ticket, provide your Steam trade link so that FACEIT can deliver the prize to your account.

3. How to Open a Ticket and Submit Your Trade Link:

  • Go to the “My Orders” section in your account.
  • Find the notification regarding your new order.
  • Click the link to open a support ticket.
  • In the ticket, include your Steam trade link to ensure proper delivery of your skin prize.

4. When Will I Receive the Skin Prize?

  • After submitting your trade link, FACEIT will process the request. You should receive your prize within a few days, depending on processing times and trade link validation.

5. Troubleshooting:

  • Didn’t receive your FP points?
    • If more than 24 hours have passed and your FP points haven’t appeared, contact support
  • Issues with the skin prize delivery?
    • Make sure your Steam trade link is valid and your account is eligible to receive trades. Contact support if you experience any problems.
