If you are having issues with your connection to the Anti-cheat, please check out our status page to make sure there are no issues with our servers. We would also recommend trying to restart your router.
If this doesn’t help, and there are no ongoing issues, your problem could be due to some filtering on your network and/or ISP. Please contact your ISP and let them know that you are having connectivity issues to the following hostname: ac-client-ws.faceit.com
If your ISP cannot help with your connection issues, or if running the Anti-cheat inhibits your internet connection, please get in touch with our support team so we can help you out with these issues.
