What merch is customizable?
Both the Pro Jersey and the Level 10 Jersey in the new Pro Collection are customizable. This means that you can put a name of your choice on the back of the Jersey.
How much does it cost to customize my item?
The additional cost to customize your item will be displayed next to the customization toggle in both FACEIT points and cash. Please note that the cost may vary from item to item.
How do I customize my item?
Check on the toggle to add custom text and then enter your desired customization!
How can I customize the item?
You can add a name that is up to 12 characters long, using letters and numbers as well as - and _ but no other special characters. There is also a profanity filter in place.
Any customizations will be printed in all capital letters on the jersey.
How long will a customized item take to ship?
As each customized item is made to order, these items will be sent out within 6 weeks of the order date. If you purchased any additional items in the same order as a customized item, they will all be sent together when the customized item is ready.
Can I return a customized item?
As customized items are made to order, they are not eligible for returns or refunds.
