Applying Discount Codes
Discount codes apply to orders during the checkout phase. Disbursed discount codes are valid strictly for cash transactions. They cannot be used for transactions completed with FACEIT Points.
To apply a discount code to your transaction:
1. Open the Checkout Interface
Add items to your shop cart. Navigate to your cart page and click Checkout.
2. Review Your Order Summary
The right side of the checkout page displays your order summary, which tracks:
The items currently inside your cart.
The subtotal price calculated prior to shipping fees and localized taxes.
The Discount coupon input field.
3. Enter Your Code
Type your code into the Discount coupon input field exactly as it appears. The field is case-sensitive. Click Apply. Valid codes update the order summary automatically with the deducted total.
Troubleshooting Code Errors
If the interface returns an error when applying your code, check the following system parameters:
Expiration Date: Specific promotional codes expire 30 days after the initial date of issue.
Redemption Limits: Codes are restricted to a single use per player account.
Product Eligibility: Coupon codes apply exclusively to DreamHack, ESL, and FACEIT merchandise.
If your code fails validation checks after verifying these parameters, submit a ticket to the Support Team under the category Shop > Other containing:
The exact text of the coupon code.
A clear screenshot of your current cart or checkout interface.
A description of the error or system behavior.
The support team uses these details to manually audit the code status.
Mission Rewards and Drop Codes
Reward codes earned by completing seasonal platform missions are logged directly to your account.
To find your code:
Navigate to your Rewards & Drops profile page.
Open the Rewards tab.
Your code updates in this interface once match validation processes finish.
Redemption rules and platform targets vary. Use the specific interface instructions displayed alongside the code to redeem it within the FACEIT Shop or on the designated partner site.
