If you have see this warning when starting the Anti-cheat, your PC likely has a MSI motherboard.
Unfortunately Secure Boot does not work properly with its default settings on many recent MSI motherboards. Even though it is set to "Enabled" in your BIOS and Windows displays it as "Enabled", it is effectively disabled. For technical information about this issue, please read [1] and [2] for more information.
You will need to change your BIOS settings to fix this. The settings related to Secure Boot are different depending on how old your BIOS is, please check below for both cases.

Updating your settings with a recent BIOS
- Restart your computer and press the DEL key while your computer is booting
- Open the Settings menu, then click on Security -> Secure Boot
- Set Secure Boot Mode to Custom. Then set Secure Boot Preset to Maximum Security.
- Press F10 or navigate to the Save & Exit screen, click on Yes when asked to save the configuration

Updating your settings with an older BIOS
- Restart your computer and press the DEL key while your computer is booting
- Open the Settings menu, then click on Security -> Secure Boot
- Set Secure Boot Mode to Custom.
- Click on Image Execution Policy
- Set Removable Media and Fixed Media to Deny Execute.
- Press F10 or navigate to the Save & Exit screen, click on Yes when asked to save the configuration
