- Parties’ roles
We, ESL FACEIT Group Limited (07751649) with registered office at Millbank Tower Faceit 25th floor, London, England, including its/their wholly owned subsidiaries, act as the data controller (and data operator) for the processing of your personal data for this mission on the FACEIT platform.
National Horse Breeding Union LLC (T/A Winline) (“Partner”) acts as a separate and independent controller for your personal data processed on Partner’s platform, and for the personal data we share with Partner for the purposes set out in Section 2 below. We recommend reviewing Partner’s privacy notice to understand how Partner processes your personal data. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for Partner’s privacy practices and your use of these services is at your own risk.

- Data localization
At the moment of initial collection, we store your personal data (including any updates and corrections thereof) in our data storage located within the territory of the Russian Federation.
After initial collection and storage in our Russian-based data storage, we may transfer your personal data to locations outside of Russia for the purposes as described in this Mission Privacy Notice. However, we ensure that we have the initial record of your personal data available in our Russia-based data storage for as long as described in Section 2 above.
