What is Riot Cash?
Riot Games gift cards are digital RP vouchers with an activation code that adds Riot Points to your selected Riot Games account. Riot’s prepaid gift cards are a convenient way to purchase Riot’s in-game currency without the need for a credit card or bank account.
How Does Riot Cash Work?
Each Riot Game operates its own currency and has a varied conversion rate per game. For up-to-date costs/conversions make sure to check out within the Game for the currency value.
Can I purchase and redeem codes for other regions?
All Riot Cash is region-locked, meaning, (example) if you’re in the region of the EU, you wouldn’t be able to redeem a code available for the US.
Currently, the only Currency which can be usable outside its region is the US, this can be purchased and redeemed in the following additional countries: Australia & New Zealand & Canada.
Any purchases for codes outside of your region will not be eligible for redemption or refund.
Will my Riot Cash expire?
The code purchased on Riot's end does not have a specific expiration date. However, we can provide assistance and support for up to 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to unforeseen external circumstances beyond our control.
How Do I Redeem my Purchased Riot Cash?
Redeeming in League of Legends & Teamfight Tactics
- Go to the store and click Purchase RP.
- Select the Prepaid Cards payment method.
- Input the code provided
- Press the Submit button to complete the transaction.
Redeeming in Legends of Runeterra
- Go to the store and click on the + icon
- Select the Prepaid Cards payment method.
- Input the code provided
- Press the Submit button to complete the transaction.
Redeeming in VALORANT
- Log into the VALORANT game client
- Click on the VALORANT icon located to the right of the Store tab
- Select Prepaid Cards & Codes
- Input the code provided
- Press the Submit button to complete the transaction.
