Subscription refund policy

Initial subscriptions

Initial subscriptions are eligible for a refund if you meet the following condition:

  • You've not played any matches or redeemed any of the features involved in the use of the subscription on your account

Subscriptions are considered redeemed once matches have been played, even if the subscription purchased is the incorrect one.

Please ensure you have chosen the correct subscription package before proceeding with the payment.

Renewal subscriptions

The criteria set for refunding renewal subscriptions alters depending on the length of the subscription. Please read below for more information.

One Month Subscriptions

  • Zero matches played since payment
  • Refund requested within 30 days of renewal
  • Only the last payment can be refunded

Three, Six or Twelve Month Subscriptions (Active Accounts)

  • Zero matches played since payment
  • Refund requested within 30 days of renewal
  • Only the last payment can be refunded

Three Month, Six Month or Twelve Month Subscriptions (Inactive Accounts)

  • Refund requested within 30 days of renewal

To process a refund, users must contact our support team who will be more than happy to provide that for you. 

Gifted Subscriptions

Gifted subscriptions are non-refundable.

Banned Players

Banned players are not eligible for a refund on an active subscription.

Renewals may be refunded within 30 days of payment.
