Although we’re sad to see you go, we at FACEIT understand that people need to cancel their subscriptions for a variety of reasons, so we’ve tried to make it as simple as possible.
Head to your subscription page, select the subscription you wish to cancel, and press ‘End membership and benefits’.
You will then be met with a pop-up asking if you’re sure, along with some information concerning the FACEIT platform. Press ‘I don’t want my subscription’ to complete the cancellation.
Your subscription and benefits will remain active for the time left remaining on your subscription. When your subscription has ended, you will not be charged anymore and your subscription benefits will be removed.
If you do not see ‘End membership and benefits’ then the auto-renewal of your subscription is already turned off and you won't be charged again.
