If you or your teammates aren’t able to connect to the picks/ban room, or the server has become unresponsive during the match, your team captain needs to call an admin and ask them to reconfigure the server.
When contacting the Live Support Admins, make sure to have the following details ready:
- A detailed and clear explanation of the issue
- A screenshot of the hero picks to ensure the same picks are done (Cups/Tournaments)
What will the Live Support Team do?
The Live Support admin will check the status of your match, and if needed, the match will be configured to a new server.
