FACEIT Clubs allow gaming communities to build exclusive spaces where players can compete, connect, and engage in unique experiences tailored to their needs. With Clubs, organizers can create custom queues, tournaments, leaderboards, and more.
Creating your Club
Step 1: Initiating the Club Creation
- Click on "Create a Club" from the left-side menu.
- Choose to create the Club under your FACEIT account or an Organizer Page (recommended for more management features).
Step 2: Naming and Configuring Your Club
- Enter a unique Club Name that represents your community.
- Select the game and region where your Club will operate.
- Ensure the name is engaging and recognizable to attract members.
Step 3: Setting Up Privacy and Membership Options
- Public or Private Club: Decide if the Club is open to everyone or invite-only.
- Application System: Allow players to apply and manually approve them.
- Skill Level & Country Restrictions: Optionally limit membership based on experience level or geographic location.
Game Connection Requirement: Ensure players link their CS2 accounts before joining.
Customizing and Managing Your Club
Main Club Settings
- Click on the Settings button next to your Club’s name.
- Customize:
- Club Description: A short intro about your community.
- Logo & Cover Image:
- Logo (1:1 ratio, recommended size 400x400px)
- Cover Image (15:2 ratio, recommended size 1200x160px)
- Privacy Settings: Adjust access restrictions.
Roles & Permissions
FACEIT allows you to assign custom roles with different permissions. The default roles are:
- Owner (Full control)
- Member (Basic access)
Recommended additional roles:
- Moderator: Can moderate chat and lobbies.
- Admin: Can ban players and manage settings.
- Head Admin: Has the same permissions as the owner.
- Pro Player/Streamer/VIP: Special recognition roles for key members.
To assign roles:
- Go to the Members menu.
- Search for the player’s name.
- Click Edit Roles and select the appropriate role.
Creating and Managing Club Queues
Club Queues allow members to compete in exclusive matchmaking systems within the Club.
How to Create a Club Queue
- Click the "+" button in the Club Queues section.
- Name the queue and set its privacy settings.
- Once created, adjust settings in the Queue’s settings page, divided into:
- Review: Cover image, privacy, entry requirements, announcements.
- Rules: Set behavioral and gameplay guidelines.
- Queue & Matchmaking Settings: Define game rules, automatic bans, and match parameters.
- Permissions: Decide which roles can play and manage the queue.
Setting Up Leaderboards
Leaderboards help track player progress and create competitive incentives.
Creating a Leaderboard
- Navigate to Club Settings > Leaderboards.
- Click Create New Leaderboard (first one will be an All-Time Leaderboard).
- Choose between:
- Season Leaderboard: Ongoing competition with one active leaderboard at a time.
- Event Leaderboard: One-off competitions with multiple leaderboards possible.
Leaderboard Settings
- Duration: Recommended bi-weekly or monthly.
- Point System:
- Flat: Fixed points per win/loss.
- Ranking: Adjusted points based on leaderboard position.
- Win Streak Bonus: Additional points for consecutive wins.
- Requirements: Minimum ranked matches, geographic limitations, ID verification.
- Prizes:
- FACEIT Points (purchasable by organizers)
- Custom Prizes (images added manually for winners)

Moderation & Community Management
- Set clear rules and enforce them consistently.

- Assign moderators and admins to help manage disputes and keep the community engaged.
