What to Include in Your Report

When you experience server or lag issues, the more details you can provide, the better. Here's what we need:

  1. Match Information:
    • Match ID: This helps us locate the exact game you played.
    • Affected Users: Whether the issue impacted everyone or just specific players.
  2. Issue Description:
    • Summary: Briefly describe the problem and whether it’s recurring.
    • Evidence: Attach videos or screenshots if available.
    • Time: The exact moment (in-game and real-time) when the issue occurred.
  3. Technical Details:
    • Connection Type: Whether you were on Wi-Fi or wired.
    • Software Running: What other programs were running while you were playing?
    • Platform: Faceit client or web version.
    • Map and Game Version: The map you played and the game version.
  4. Location:
    • Where You Are: Your physical location and your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
    • Server Details: The server’s IP address, and results from any diagnostic tests (ping, traceroute).
