- Single Point of Contact for Member States’ authorities, the Commission and the Board
Pursuant to Article 11 of the DSA, the single point of contact for direct communications with the European Commission, Member States’ Authorities and the European Board for Digital Services in connection with the application of the DSA is privacy@efg.gg.
Please make sure all DSA related requests are made in English or, at a minimum, an English translation is provided. When contacting FACEIT’s DSA single point of contact, the following contact information must be included:
- Your first and last name;
- Your job title;
- The name of the EU authority on whose behalf you are acting; and
- An email address at which you can be contacted (which must be an official email address associated with the relevant EU authority).
The above point of contact is only for emails received from EU Member States’ authorities, the European Commission or the European Board for Digital Services in connection with the application of the DSA. In accordance with Article 12 of the DSA, recipients of our services can contact FACEIT via our Community Support Form, and can report illegal content using our content reporting module within the Community Support Form.

- Yearly DSA Transparency Reports
In accordance with article 15 and 24 of the DSA, we publish yearly our transparency report detailing our content moderation activities, user notices, automated moderation systems, administrative orders from EU authorities, and internal complaint-handling outcomes.

- Bi-yearly report on on Average Monthly Active Recipients in the European Union
Pursuant to Article 24(2) of the DSA, providers of online platforms are required to publish information on the average monthly active recipients of the service in the EU every six months starting from 17 February 2023.
The estimated average number of monthly active recipients of FACEIT in the EU based on the 6-month period ending on 1 August 2026 is 2,338,711.
This information is being provided solely for purposes of complying with Article 24(2) of DSA. We do not otherwise publish EU user metrics.
The number of monthly active users is calculated in accordance with Recital 77 DSA and the European Commission’s guidance on the requirement to publish user numbers.
