What are FACEIT Premium Loyalty Tiers?
Premium Loyalty is a tiered reward structure that tracks historical subscription and purchase volume on the platform.
The system uses the following mechanics:
You accumulate Loyalty XP through platform purchases, such as 100 XP for each month of active FACEIT Premium.
Your cumulative XP total dictates your loyalty tier.
Advancing to higher tiers grants access to additional platform features and discounts.
The system records your total historical financial contribution over time, rather than tracking your current subscription status alone.
What rewards do Loyalty tiers include?
Loyalty tier rewards are subject to rotation, but include the following features:
An evolving Premium loyalty badge displayed on your profile.
Monthly Access Token packs used to generate highlight clips or enter matches as a League Stand-In.
FACEIT Shop discounts applied to cash transactions.
Premium Passes used to grant temporary Premium Matchmaking access to other players.
Loyalty rewards exist strictly as profile and store features. They do not alter matchmaking algorithms, Elo calculations, or anti-cheat integrity systems.
What’s changing in Season 8?
Starting April 22, Loyalty XP calculations expand beyond standard subscription durations. You will accumulate XP from these additional sources:
ESEA League Pass subscriptions.
FACEIT Shop transactions.
Gifting platform memberships to other accounts.
These additional XP sources are backdated. Historical purchases matching these categories will be calculated and appended to your account balance automatically when Season 8 launches on April 22.
Why was this expanded?
The expansion updates the system to calculate XP from alternative forms of platform activity, including League participation, membership gifting, and shop purchases. Season 8 aligns your total loyalty score with these specific transaction types.
Do I lose progress if I cancel my subscription?
No. Your Loyalty XP balance accumulates permanently based on total historical transactions. If you terminate a subscription and return later, your XP balance resumes from its last recorded total.
What happens if I refund a subscription?
If a transaction is refunded, your Loyalty XP balance is adjusted downward by the equivalent value of that purchase. Your loyalty tier will decrease if your new XP total falls below the minimum threshold for your current tier.
Do Plus members earn Loyalty XP?
Plus members accumulate 50 XP for each month of active subscription. However, loyalty reward redemptions are restricted to Premium tiers. Upgrading your account to Premium activates the tier benefits linked to your accumulated XP.
Is this system final?
No. Premium Loyalty rules and tier requirements are subject to future adjustments. Additional XP sources and reward items may be updated in upcoming seasons based on platform transaction data.
