What is the Shop Cart?

The shop cart allows you to compile multiple physical products into a single transaction. At launch, the cart is restricted to physical merchandise, including apparel, collectibles, and hardware.

Functional features:

  • Batch Orders: Add multiple physical items to a single order instead of executing a separate checkout transaction for each individual product.

  • Upfront Shipping Telemetry: View calculated shipping costs before completing your transaction.

  • Quantity Modifications: Adjust item quantities or remove products from your selection prior to entering the checkout phase.

How to use the cart

  1. Navigate to the product page of a physical item, select your size, and click Add to Cart.

  2. Open the cart page using the icon positioned in the top-right corner of the interface. This icon only generates after you have appended at least one item to your cart.

  3. Review your item details, subtotal balances, and quantities.

  4. Click Checkout Now when you are ready to proceed to the payment interface.

  5. Enter your delivery address to calculate shipping variables. For orders completed with FACEIT Points, shipping costs are included in the listed point price. For cash orders, shipping fees calculate at this stage based on regional destination tables and country eligibility rules.

  6. Select your payment method and complete the transaction. The final payment screen displays your subtotal inclusive of shipping fees and local VAT or sales taxes.

Note: Regional customs fees and import tariffs are determined by local authorities upon delivery. These regional charges are your responsibility and are not calculated or collected within the platform checkout interface.

FAQ

Can I checkout with both digital and physical products together?

No. Combined transactions containing both digital and physical items are not supported. You can batch multiple physical merchandise items into a single cart order. Digital items cannot be added to the cart and must be processed independently using the Quick Buy interface.

Can I use different payment methods in one order?

No. All items within your cart must utilize an identical currency asset type. Lobbies must be resolved entirely with FACEIT Points or entirely with cash payment methods.

Does adding an item to my cart reserve the stock?

No. Placing an item inside your cart does not reserve the physical inventory. Stock is secured only after your checkout transaction finishes completely. If an item sells out before you complete payment, the transaction will fail. You can opt in to restock notifications on the item's primary product page.

What happens if an item goes out of stock while it is in my cart?

If a product sells out before your next account session, the cart interface generates an out-of-stock notification. The unavailable item is removed from your list automatically so you can proceed to checkout with the remaining valid inventory.

How long will items stay in my cart?

Items remain saved in your cart data indefinitely across sessions until the inventory is purchased, manually cleared, or sells out.
