Submitting Scores After a Game:

Players are required to report their score in their team's chat room immediately after the team gets eliminated. This guide outlines the process for submitting your team's score via a browser.

  1. Capture a Screenshot:
  • Take a screenshot of your team's match summary and scoreboard upon completion of the match.
  • Ensure the screenshot clearly displays your team's final placement, player names, and kill counts to be considered valid.
  • Save the screenshot in either ".jpg" or ".png" format on your device to ensure successful uploading.


  1. Navigate to the bracket tab on the competition website and locate your team's match room for the current round.

  1. Upon clicking the match room, you will be directed to a view displaying all teams from your recent lobby. You can access each team's details by clicking on their name.

  1. In your match room, you will find both the match room chat and your team's chat on the right side. If these are not immediately visible, locate and click the small "expand" icon to display them.

  1. Upload a clear screenshot of your match results by clicking the picture icon. Ensure all information is visible. Admins will contact you via chat about any discrepancies, so please monitor your messages.

Alternatively, if you choose to upload your score using the FACEIT mobile app, the following steps are required:

  1. Tap the Play button located at the bottom of the screen. If the competition is not visible, ensure the correct game is selected.

  1. Go to your matchroom by pressing on the “VS” button in the upper right corner of the screen. It will show you a list of matches. Tap on the first one in the list.

  1. Tap "Matchroom chat," then "Team" to view your team's chat and use the small image button to upload game screenshots.

 

Important: Scores must be submitted within 10 minutes after a map concludes and include a legible, complete screenshot. Failure to comply will result in the map being recorded as non-played for your team.

Support: If you encounter any issues while reporting your score, please contact an administrator using the “Contact Admin” button located in the center of the matchroom.
