What are Drops? 

Drops are a new way to reward your games on FACEIT with prizes including FACEIT Points, CS2 skins or vouchers sponsored by our partners.

How do I earn Drops? 

To earn Drops, all you need to do is join a Branded event or a Community Clash and then play your games on FACEIT. Drops are randomly awarded to active users, so the more you play, the better your chances of receiving rewards.

When and how often can I expect to receive Drops? 

Drops are randomly distributed throughout the day to active users. The schedule is followed by the Branded Event or Community Clash live time when Drops will occur, so keep playing the platform regularly to increase your chances of receiving rewards.

What types of rewards can I get from Drops? 

Drops can contain a variety of rewards, including:

  • FACEIT Points: These points can be used to purchase Shop items (such as Counter-Strike Skins, Steam cards or ESL merchandise). The range can be from 10 up to 50 FACEIT points per Drop

  • Vouchers: We partner with advertisers to offer vouchers that can be redeemed for various products or services.

Are the Drops completely random? 

Yes, Drops are randomly awarded to active users, so there's an element of chance involved. The more active you are on our platform, the better your chances of receiving rewards.

How will I know if I've received a Drop? 

When you receive a Drop, you will be notified through a notification on our platform. You may also receive a popup module confirming your reward.

Can I trade or sell the rewards I receive from Drops? 

Generally, the rewards from Drops are non-transferable and cannot be sold or traded. They are intended for your personal use on our platform.

Is there a limit to how many Drops I can receive in a day? 

There is no set limit to the number of Drops you can receive in a day. However, the distribution is random, so it's possible to receive multiple Drops in a short period or none at all.

How can I increase my chances of receiving Drops? 

To increase your chances of receiving Drops, simply play more on our platform!

What should I do if I encounter any issues with Drops or have questions not covered here?

How to Claim a Drop?

Keep an eye on the notification when you finish a match, click on it and claim the Drop. The reward will be added to the “My Drops” section where you can convert it but also, in case you miss/forget to click on the notification  

What if I miss the Drop notification?

Don’t worry, you can always claim drops via the “My Drops” page, be mindful that once you earn a drop have an expiration time to claim them

Where can I see all my Drops?

Every claimed drop will be stored in the “My Drop” section, you can check your drop history and claim drops before they expire 

Who can earn drops?

Every FACEIT user can earn drops, whether you’re a free, Plus or Premium member chances to win a drop are exactly the same
