Players have five minutes to join any FACEIT matchmaking game. Players have ten minutes to join a tournament game.
What should players do if teammates/opponents don't join a FACEIT game?
- Stay on the server until the warmup has ended or you could be issued with a cooldown.
- Wait for the server to cancel the match completely before leaving and queueing for your next match.
What happens to players who fail to join the match?
They will be issued with a cooldown. The length of this cooldown will increase with multiple offences.
