At FACEIT, we build competitive gaming for the long term. To do that, every organizer plays a key role in protecting fairness, professionalism, and community trust. The following standards apply to all organizers:

- No selling unbans or bypassing FACEIT rules.
- No misuse of FACEIT connections (e.g. claiming to influence bans or matchmaking).
Professional conduct
- Respectful communication with players, FACEIT staff, and other organizers.
- No harassment, threats, or intimidation.
- No false reporting or spamming against other organizers.
Community management
- Organizers are responsible for moderating their club and event chats.
- Prevent spam, phishing links, scams, or harmful content.
- Must set and follow clear, consistent community rules.
Prize distribution and transparency
- Organizers are fully responsible for paying out prizes they advertise.
- Delays must be clearly communicated to participants.
- Failure to pay out prize pools may result in blacklisting or loss of organizer support.

- Organizers may integrate sponsors that comply with FACEIT guidelines.
- Only legal and licensed companies (no unlicensed gambling, scams, grey markets).
- No promotion of competitor platforms.
- No use of prohibited categories (per FACEIT’s main Code of Conduct).

- Must follow laws in their jurisdiction (gambling, entry fees, financial transactions, data protection).
- Entry fees outside of FACEIT’s approved systems are not allowed.

- Re-acceptance required if rules are updated.
- No misuse of FACEIT logos, branding, or platform tools.
