FACEIT 2.0 arrived with a big change for Hubs and Clans. Now, there is just one type of Community space, and it’s Clubs.
Clubs provide functionalities of both Hubs (with Club queues) and Clans (with Parties).
What happened to my Clan?
Your Clan is automatically converted into a Club. You can find it in the main navigation. All of your configuration, leaderboards and members are preserved in this transition.
What happened to my Hub?
In FACEIT 2.0, there are no Hubs. But don’t worry, there is a way to bring a hub back. You’ll need to first have a Club, and then you will be able to access the Import Hubs tool to bring your hub into the Club as a Club queue.
Importing Hubs to Clubs
First, you need to have a Club. If you already have a Club you can visit it.
If you don’t have a Club, you can easily create one by clicking on the (+) button in the main navigation.
Important: Your Club must be organized by the same organizer as your Hub. The organizer can be either your user account or an organizer page you have.
After you land on the Club page, in the navigation of the Club, you should see a menu named “Import Hubs.” Please note that this menu can be only accessed by the owner of the Club.
Once you land on the Import Hubs page, you will find instructions and details on importing hubs.
What changes on the Hub?
- The hub will become a Club queue under the Club.
- All roles & permissions configuration will be cleared in the hub. Instead, the roles & permissions configuration of the Club will be in effect.
- Members of the adopted hub will all lose any roles they had in the hub. If they are also a member of the Club, they will hold onto their Club role in the Club queue as well.
- The owner of the Club (you) will also become the owner of the Hub (now Club queue).
- All outgoing invites will be revoked.
- Join applications (if it was enabled) will be disabled. Pending applications will be deleted.
- All imported Club queues will become publicly joinable for the Club members by default with respect to the join requirements (e.g. subscriptions and skill level). It can then be changed to "private" for a select list of Club roles.
- All hub bans (not queue bans) will be deleted.
What will be saved?
- Basic information; such as the hub name, rules and join requirements
- Leaderboards; all ongoing, upcoming, and past leaderboards
- Queue settings; Hub queue configuration (Queue permissions will need to be set again)
- Match History
- Queue Bans
What will happen to members?
The members of the imported hubs won’t be automatically added to your Club. However, they will be prompted to rejoin it. They will decide to join or leave.
⚠️Important Notes ⚠️
- Once a hub is imported, it cannot be undone and it cannot be moved to another Club or Organizer.
- After 15 January 2025, all Hubs that are not imported yet will be deleted permanently.
- If you later delete the Club queue that was originally a hub, this will irreversibly end the “Rejoin Club” prompts for the original Hub members.
- All the data that is marked as “not kept” will be lost permanently. Taking a note of roles and bans before starting an import is advised. To see the current configuration, you can click on the hub name to go to the hub page.
Proceeding With Import
In the Import Hubs page, you will see the list of all Hubs under the Organizer.
Clicking on the “Import” button that is placed next to the hub’s name, you can initiate the import process.
Importing a hub usually takes around 5 minutes to complete. However, depending on the number of members, it may vary and can take up to 60 minutes.
You can initiate import for multiple hubs at once, and track the status by clicking on the REFRESH button at the top right of the page.
FAQ
-
Why don't I see a particular hub in the Import Hubs page?
There are two likely reasons for this;
1- CS:GO (not CS2) hubs cannot be imported into a Club thus they are not listed.
2- Only Hubs that are hosted by the same organizer page are listed. We recommend double checking the organizer of the Hub and the Club.
If you have further issues, please reach out to organizers@faceit.com -

Please reach out to us at organizers@faceit.com. -
Q: What if I have a Hub under a user profile page, not under an Organizer page? Will I be able to create a Club too?
A: It works the same as for the Organizer pages, user will also be able to create their Club under their user profile and then import hubs under it. -
Q: What will happen with an active leaderboard I have running now?
A: All of the leaderboards you have in your Clans/Hubs (past, active or future ones) will be moved over as they are - with all of the rankings and prizes, so you don’t need to worry about them at all. -
Q: As a Hub owner, what happens to my Hub bans and Hub roles & permissions?
A: During the Hub migration process, Hub’s bans and roles & permissions will be deleted and overwritten by the Club ones. If you need to, please consider saving the list of people you have banned in your Hubs before starting the Hub migration process, as once it’s done, you won’t be able to access it. -
Q: If I have a Hub now but no Clan, will my Club have 0 members upon launch?
A: Yes, with the release of the Clubs it is only the Clan members that are moved over into the Club automatically. Your Hub members will be prompted to re-join the Club to continue playing in the Club Queues (they will not need to re-join the Club Queues). -
