How do I claim my OW2 FACEIT League Cash prize?

Please make sure that the email address attached to your FACEIT account is accessible since when you are able to withdraw then instructions will be sent there. You can change the email address attached to your account here.

If you are going to receive money for your team then please open a support ticket here stating the prize breakdown for your team and the competition ALSO be sure to include further details such as your team name, the League division you played and your final placement.

*Note: When you open a ticket, please select FACEIT League as category → Overwatch 2 → Prizing

For example:
Competition: FACEIT League Season 2 Overwatch 2
Team name: Best Team
Division: NA Open
Placement: 1st place

Breakdown*:
Player A 20%
Player B 20%
Player C 20%
Player D 20%
Player E 20%

We can make the payment to one person OR organization OR multiple people. It is up to your team to decide and indicate in their tickets. However, we would advise each player completes the process and have FACEIT League split the money between players rather than relying on a single member of the team to receive everything and then distribute.

All members mentioned in the breakdown should expect an Email from Matcherino where they will be provided with the final steps of the claim process.
