We can refund any CS2/DOTA 2 skin provided the order is still pending.
If the order has not been completed, either because you have cancelled it, or because the trade expired/declined/cancelled automatically, you need to contact us within 30 days of the order being marked as ‘Complete’ in your order within the FACEIT app.
You also need to provide us with screenshots of the linked steam account’s 'Incoming Offer History' and 'View Trade History' tabs. These screenshots need to be in English, full size from a desktop PC and need to show the steam accounts name and URL at the top of the screen. We will not accept these screenshots 30 days after the order is completed or if they are not formatted as we have described above.
