How do I enable ESL Pro Tour Vetoes for my tournament and how is it different from other tournaments?

To enable ESL Pro Tour veto rules for your competition, go to your tournament settings for that event, select “Game” and then enable “Enhanced Veto”

If Enhanced Veto is disabled, the following settings will apply for best-of-one:

The starting team is randomly selected

  1. Team A bans
  2. Team B bans
  3. Team A bans
  4. Team B bans
  5. Team A bans
  6. Team B bans

If ESL Pro Tour is enabled,

Please make sure you only have 7 maps selected, like so.

Best-Of-One Matches:

The high seed decides who starts, like so

1. Team A removes one map.

2. Team B removes two maps.

3. Team A removes two maps.

4. Team B removes one map.

5. The remaining map will be played.

For Best-Of-Three Matches:

The highest-seeded team chooses who starts the veto1.

1. Team A removes one map.

2. Team B removes one map.

3. Team A picks one map.

4. Team B  picks one map.

5. Team A removes one map.

6. Team B removes one map.

7. The remaining map will be played if needed
