Reporting from player profiles

FACEIT users can now make reports through player profiles.

This can be done by navigating to the player you want to report's profile, clicking the three dots next to follow, and selecting report. 

This reporting feature should only be used to report actions taken outside of match rooms. For reports reporting in-game behaviour please use FACEIT Justice or the thumbs down button. 

How to make a report

After clicking the report option, as demonstrated above, you will be given four options to select: 

Please select the option that best describes the actions of the offending player. 

Finally, unless you are reporting a multi-account or smurf, you will be asked to fill out a text box: 

Please fill out this report in as much detail as possible. If possible, illustrate your reports with screenshots as well!
