You have recently enabled Steam Guard, and this is preventing you from trading for a number of days, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Please place your order again, once you are able to trade.
Your trade URL is expired.
Your trade URL has expired, so we cannot send you a trade. When submitting an order please ensure to include an up to date trade URL.

You have provided the wrong trade URL. Your order will now be refunded.
You have provided an invalid link for trading. When submitting an order you must include your trade URL, if an incorrect link is provided, such as a link to your Steam profile or YouTube link, then your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Your profile is set to private
Your Steam inventory privacy is set to Private and so we are unable to send you an offer, please ensure your inventory is set to Public when submitting an order.
Your order is over 30 days old
If there has been an issue with your order and you have not contacted us within 30 days of the order being placed, the order will also be cancelled and refunded.
In the certain situation, we may require more information from you, in those cases, your order status will be set to "ACTION REQUIRED"
Refund for physical orders
These orders may be refunded if we are unable to ship to your location, or if you have not provided your delivery information in English as requested.
