I get an error when cancelling my subscription?

If you have an error when attempting to cancel your subscription and your initial subscription shows no end date:


This means that you have already cancelled your subscription and as such once your subscription date is reached it will downgrade to a free account.


Other Payment Options

If you have a purchased your subscription with Paypal and receive this error message it is caused due to you cancelling the subscription payment on your end directly through your Paypal account.

All other purchases are only one time payment options and you will be prompted one week prior to your subscription renewal date to see if you would like to renew. This is all done by Xsolla and is emailed to you with the same email associated with your FACEIt account.

In both of these cases you have nothing to worry about, your account will downgrade to free after the seven day grace period we offer on all of our subscription packages.
