What causes this problem?
The most common cause of this issue is the port being blocked by third-party programs, your firewall, or your ISP.

I’m playing on a LAN with friends, how can we all connect?
If you’re sharing the internet with your friends and are having issues connecting to a match, you can fix this by editing the port.
Alternatively, you can try restarting your PC and router before attempting to connect again.
I couldn’t connect and now received a cooldown, what can I do?
Typically we do not remove these cooldowns as they are client-side issues.
If you submit a ticket with a screenshot of the console with the IP clearly visible and a direct link to the match, we will attempt to resolve the issue for you.
