Physical Deliveries - Shop orders
All hardware orders require additional information from you. When you purchase the order we will ask you for the following information during the purchase of the item:
- Full name
- Phone Number
- Street + Number
- City or a Town
- Postal Code
If it is hardware that has a different layout or switches of a keyboard, we will do our best to give the layout which is relevant to your country but we cannot make any promises! Switches may vary from the link displayed on FACEIT but all will be of the same type of keyboard (for example, a Razer Chroma will still be a Razer Chroma - but with brown instead of red switches).
It can take up to 6 weeks for these items to be shipped.
Due to courier policies some countries may not be eligible for shipping.
If you have ordered a piece of clothing then we will also ask for the size you would like delivered as well.
If the clothing item is out of stock in the shop we order from, we will try our best to fulfil the order but it may have to be refunded until the item is back in stock.
After receiving and confirming the address you have sent us, the order will start processing which can take up to six weeks in total.

Please Note: The shipping is not included in this waiting time. Once the item has been shipped the status will be updated in your account settings and if you do not receive the item with in 6 weeks from the shipping status being updated then please do send us a ticket.
Taxes and Customs Charges:
We will cover delivery charges for these items, however, any customs charges or taxes will need to be paid by the recipient.
