No longer have access to my email account
If you find that your FACEiT account is connected to an email address that you no longer have access to, then please provide us with the email address and send us in one of the following so we can confirm that your account does in fact belong to you:
- A screenshot of your Steam Settings page that includes your Steam ID information
- If a second account has been created then please send in your - FACEiT ID & email address
- Photographic ID that includes both your first and last name so we can compare this with the information we have for you.
We will be cross-referencing on IP, Name and Steam Data, if none of these match up we will not provide you with your email address and your only option will be to create a new FACEiT account with a new Steam ID and email address.
