Purchasing from the FACEIT shop

If you have gathered enough points to buy something in the FACEIT Shop; congratulations! Here’s the next couple of guidelines to receive your item.

How do I order?

If you’re ready to order an item in the FACEIT Shop, just click on the “order” button, a window will pop up, which will show the price of the item and the current balance of your FACEIT Points. 

Please follow each instruction carefully in order to properly receive the item you have ordered. You will no longer have to check/send emails in order to place your order. All data is collected directly during the order process thus reducing the time it takes for you to receive your prize.

Thanks to the new system certain type of items will be delivered automatically on the platform when the order takes place reducing the delivery time.

Where can I check the status of my order?

Users can now check their order history and the current status for each item ordered directly from a new user section on the platform located in your profile settings called - My Prizes.

What if the item I want to purchase is out of stock?

In the FACEIT Shop we have listed on how many items are left of the product, if it is out of stock we are already in the process of getting it back in our inventory. We advise to keep an eye out on the shop in 1 to 2 business days.

During the start of the month it might be the case your desired item is out of stock. No worries! In a few days we will stock up again and it’ll be available for purchase.
