Your CSGO Steam ID is not allowed

Your steam ID is not allowed is typically caused by one of the following issues: 

• You’re attempting to connect from a Steam ID that’s different from the one added and integrated to your FACEIT account. Go to your integration settings and double-check you’re connecting with the same Steam. 
• There is a rare bug where the server does not whitelist your Steam account due to a connection failure between our platform and the game server. If this situation occurs please contact Community Support with a screenshot of the error message and the match ID.
