Server Lag Issues
If everyone is experiencing this problem?
If everyone is experiencing lag issues or high ping your captain can call our Live Support team. The live support agent will then ask everyone on the server if there is an issue. If the majority of players say "Yes", we will move the server to a new location for everyone. When you join the new server it will be in the warm up state. Once all players are on the server both teams !ready and the match will continue from the last full round played.
If it is just me experiencing this problem?
If you have already checked your Internet connection and everything is working properly, the lag could be caused by your routing pattern to our Game Servers. What you would need to do would be to go to Hiperz and take their latency test. Once you have done the test and have the results ready, you would need to contact Hiperz and provide them with the results. Their team will further help you out and work with you to find a solution about the high ping/latency issue.
What will happen if I leave a game?
If you leave the game, your account will be marked as a leaver and will receive an automatic cooldown by our system. You have a total of five(5) minutes of leave time allowed per match before you are given a automatic cooldown by our system.
