What are Super Match Tokens?

Super Match Tokens give users access to join the Super Match queue (regular), which is normally available only for Premium users. This is currently only available in CS2.

How can I get a token?

You can purchase Super Match Tokens in Shop either by spending FACEIT Points or paying with your preferred payment method. Tokens are available to buy in packs of 3 of 5 tokens at once. You can find  Super Match Tokens in Shop by going to Profile - Services.

How do tokens work?

Once you have tokens on your balance, you should be able to join the Super Match queue from the Play page. In the queue, you will be matched with other Premium players (and occasionally free users, see more on Super Match here). Please note that it’s not possible to select the Verified only queue with a token, this option is only reserved for Premium subscribers. 

All token holders will get a Super Match badge in the matchroom, to distinguish between players.

After a Super Match has finished, 1 token will be deducted from your token balance. Please note that if the match was cancelled, the token will not be used and your balance will remain unchanged. 

What happens when I run out of tokens?

After all tokens are used, you will again see the regular version of the Play page, where to join the Super Match Queue you will either need to upgrade or purchase more tokens.

Can I join the same queue as my Premium friends?

If all your party members have either Premium Subscription or Tokens, you will be able to join Super Match queue together. 

Where can I check my token balance?

Token balance will be visible on the right menu bar.

What if I don’t want to use my token?

That’s fine, you can always join the regular free 5v5 queue, and your token will not be used. 

What if I leave the match I used my token on?

The token is used up once a match is completed, even if you are marked as a leaver your token will be used up. If the match is cancelled before it ends then the token will not be used up.

I already have Premium Subscription, do I need a Token?

As a Premium Subscription holder you don’t need a Super Match Token to queue in the Super Match. Also as a Premium Subscription holder, you have exclusive access to Premium Super Match, in addition to the regular Super Match queues.
