The First Ranked PUG players will be invited to FPL when Beta ends.

Most ladder/mission prizes are distributed automatically, usually within 48 hours of completion of a ladder or mission. Any badge prizes, including Golden Badges for inviting 100 players will be distributed once the beta period has ended.

What is an AFK/Leaver/noShow cooldown?

To prevent players leaving a match we have a system in place that gives you a cooldown if you don't join or disconnect from a match. These cooldowns start at 30 minutes and stack up based on how many cooldowns you have received in the past 30 days.

If you have a good reason for not joining or leaving, please contact our customer support team and we can look into removing the ban.
