How to play OW2 PUGs

Join & Leave a Party

On the Overwatch Party Finder overview page, you will find all existing parties, with the option to activate filters such as displaying only those you are eligible to join. Please note that the Role filter is not available yet.

Clicking on the + icon allows you to join a listed party. Ensure that you match the role the team is seeking to avoid any issues later.

Once you successfully join a party, it will appear at the top of the list of all other parties. Additionally, you’ll see it in the sidebar where you can access further options such as communicating with your party.

To leave your party, click on the three dots to the right of your party. Additionally, you can invite party members from your FACEIT Friend list, open the party tray or return to Matchmaking. The option to leave your party is also available in the party tray.

The Edit button next to it takes you to your Party settings.

In the party tray, clicking on a party member's profile icon provides several options, such as removing them from the party, changing their roles, or granting them party leader permissions.

Create a Party

To create your own party, click the "Create" button located next to the filters on the Party Finder page. Then, select the game you want to create a party for and the role you wish to play.

On the next page, you can specify additional requirements, such as FACEIT levels, language, country, subscription, and verification. After clicking "Next," you’ll proceed to the final page to review and confirm your party settings before creating it.

Post a Party

If you want to post your party e.g. you don't have enough members, you can make your party public in the Party finder. Before being able to post the Party, ensure that all existing party members have selected a role.
