Intro and overview of Clubs

Clubs combine the best of both worlds from Clans and Hubs to allow anyone, from a large streamer to a small group of friends, to create, interact with and grow a community of players.

All members of the club will have access to the tabs on the left, including the Parties (link to parties article) Feed, Leaderboards, Members, Rules, Chat channels and the Club Queues.

Anyone who joins a clan will not automatically be entered into any queue, you can choose the queues that you want to play in within the clan, but you don’t have to join any if you don’t plan on playing the Club’s internal queues.

Parties

The parties section functions similarly to how Clans functioned before, but with a new UI!

On this page, you can create and view all open Parties in the club, and at the top of the page, you can also check in on any parties that are already playing.

All Club parties will have the full party functionality outlined in the Parties guide.

When creating a party you can choose who you want to play with by selecting your preferred filters:

First you will have to name your party and also pick which game and queue you want to play in.

Once you have done this and clicked ‘Next’ you will be able to choose what requirements players must meet in order to join your party.

Once this is done you can again click ‘Next’ to take you to the last step, which shows an overview of your party and also gives you the option to post it in the Party Finder (link to party finder article).

If you do choose to post to the Party Finder, anyone on FACEIT can then join your party, they do not have to be a member of the Club.

Note: Anyone who joins a Club lobby via the Party Finder will not be automatically added to the clan. They will be joined as a guest and will automatically be removed once they leave the party.

At the top of the Parties page you can also filter the parties by the clicking on the icon.

This will open up a filters popup where you can choose what kind of players you want to play with:

Once you find a party that you want to join, all you need to do is click on the big ‘+’ icon and you will be added to that party.

All Club parties will have the full party functionality outlined in the Lobbies guide. (Link to lobbies guide)

Feed

The feed is for posts curated by the Club owners and administrators. Club members can interact with these posts here, but anyone without permissions will not be able to post on the feed.

Leaderboards

This tab displays all of the active leaderboards of the Club. You can check on your own progress and see how you are doing against everyone else in the clan. The leaderboards will also display the player’s stats such as wins and losses, winrate, as well as the usual leaderboard information like points and position.

If you have already played a match to place in the leaderboard, our own placement will be pinned to the top so that you don’t have to go searching to find out how you’re doing.

At the top of the page you navigate between the different leaderboards for active party events and queues that are available in the Club.

Under those buttons you can also find a dropdown to view previous leaderboards.

Members

The members tab gives you a full overview of all members of the Club, this is ordered by role.

At the top you can search for players, filter the member list by role and by players in a certain queue.

Rules

In this section you can view the Club’s rules, where you can find guidelines and expectations for how you should behave while interacting with the Club.

Chat

Clubs can now have multiple chat channels, so that the conversation can be broken up into different sections, rather than just having one chat that is filled with players looking for +1 for their party.

These chat channels will function the same as any other chat on FACEIT, allowing you to communicate with other players with text, emojis and images.

Club Queues

This is where you can view and queue up for any Queues that the Club has available. These queues function the same way as the old Hubs.

Each queue page will have its own chat, and also display how many players are queuing as well as the current queue leaderboard at the top of the page.

You can select ‘MATCHES’ to view any ongoing or completed matches in that queue
